A brasserie with an all-day menu and a coffeehouse before Security ensure you won't start your airport experience hungry. Once in the departures area, a small collection of restaurants serve Italian classics, British pub food, seafood & champagne and Middle Eastern dishes, as well as sandwiches, pastries and coffee.

A newsstand and travel luggage store can be found before Security. Once through control, there are around 35 retail outlets, including World Duty Free, British and international fashion names, specialist whiskey, leather goods and cosmetics. For luxury gifts stop by the iconic Harrods or the Caviar House & Prunier store, which offers a selection of caviar, Balik salmon, chocolate and champagne. If you missed the chance to go to the famous Hamleys toy store on Regent Street, there's an airport outlet here.

There are some great views of the runways at Gates 15 and 16 in Terminal 4.

The retired British Airways' Concorde can also be spotted from here.

YOTELAIR sleeping cubes are available in Terminal 4 near Arrivals.
